Fellowship |
FLOCKs provide a place for our members and friends to practice biblical fellowship. Scriptures portray the people of the church as a unified family that ought to stimulate one another to love and good deeds (1 Timothy 3:15; Ephesians 1:5; Hebrews 10:24-25).
|
Leadership development |
FLOCKs provide a place for the members of our congregation to learn and exercise their ministry gifts for the building of Christ's Body. These groups will provide eldership/pastoral teaching opportunities for men who desire such a "good work."
|
Outreach |
FLOCKs enable guests to get to know our members in their FLOCK areas and experience the ministry of the church. Guests are always welcome at FLOCK gatherings, and members are encouraged to invite friends and neighbors along.
|
Caring |
FLOCKs allow for practical opportunities of ministry, by building close relationships that lead to the caring for fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
|
Knowledge |
The study of the Scriptures is the central focus of the FLOCKS. The desire is to grow in our understanding, and holiness, longing to obey the Word (John 17:17, 1 Peter 1:15-17, James 1:19-25).
